Successful Research of Mango Dessert

Today i had successfully made my own mango dessert, the only problem to that is the cost of this dessert is too high. Therefore, further research on other type of mango had to put into consideration.

After that I'll put this as a extra dish in my new shop's menu

The things which is in this mango dessert is mango(ofcos), sugar, and Thai Grapefruit.

No Business Today

Today, my dad's place no people. i think becos of the Puasa, and lots of other people selling makan outside also which deeply affected our business. Hope that this Puasa things is over soon.

Car Accident Happen in Taman Perling

This morning around 10am, a Kancil hit a Mitsubishi Storm. The Kancil on had the front bonnet hit, but the Mitsubishi Storm was turn over.

I saw this accident while i was walking my dog, and i go on to ask about the situation. Luckily no one was hurt in the accident, from what i heard from the people who arrived before me. It was the Kancil fault which hit the back of the storm, which caused the Storm to steered away from the road hit a brick and turned over.

The owner escaped with minor injury.

Bson Was Bitten By Another dog.

It was yesterday that this happen, I was at my room surfing the net. After awhile I went down, I saw him covered with his own shit and was wet. Then i was still scolding him and, keep asking him why he was so wet and cover with his own shit.

My neighbour, then told me that he was bitten by another dog which happen to ran away.

After they(My neighbour) tried to stop him(the other dog, Which happen to be a chow chow) from bitting Bson.

After that i tried to clean him up and see whether he was injure or not, but he was refusing to let me touch him. Whenever i tried to touch him, he'll somehow screaming in pain. Then later i had to comfort him, when he had settled down quite a bit, then i clean him up and check for the injury. Luckily enough, he wasn't badly hurt, only a few red mark but no blood.

Then later in the evening i took him out for a walk, when he was urine, i saw some blood in his urine. i was shocked and thought that there might be some internal injury, But today he had return to normal excet that he's a bit zhi bi only. hopefully he'll return to his own playful self soon.

Home's Pipe Spoil

My home's pipe spoil liao, thought that i could go to the seaside fishing in the end had to see over these guys do their work hai~

Moreover today is a great day to fish, no sun, little wind somemore high tide. Now cannot go fish liao......

Back in Malaysia

I am back in Malaysia after 25 years in Singapore, now I'm trying my best to learn things from my dad in doing his business. The first week, i had been learning customer service including ordering, serving, and communicating with customer. And at home, learning how to prepare the stuff for each and every of the dishes. In the meantime also trying to create some new stuff by myself, and with some advice from my dad.

It had been a wonderful experience so far, in this week i had encounter lot's of funny customer, not in the right mood customer and some weird customer. Like the day before yesterday, there's this customer who order lime juice then later say she want another thing don't want that lime juice. So i had to explained to her that she had to pay for both the items since it's ready to serve. at first she don't want to pay for both the items, so i had to called my mum to explained to her after some arguing, she had no choice but to pay for both of the items.

i think the most difficult part in doing business is to calculate the amount just by looking at the items they ordered, as some of the customer don't like to wait. And always think that we are robots, see then know that amount like that hai~

Even though that my Malay isn't that good, i can still make simple order and serve them quite well. when they talk to me in diffcult Malay which i really cannot understand i'll try to ask them to speck english to me. Luckily most of the customers are willing to speck in english to me haha.

Back From Thailand (Bangkok)

Just came back on the 13 July, after a 5d 4n trip to Thailand Bangkok. At first i was really scare about the riot which happen quite sometime back, but it turn out to be a nice and wonderful trip despite what the news and written.

The people there are super friendly and helpful too, there's one time we were lose and we approach the police officer. Not only he show us the way, he also stopped a Tuk Tuk for us and tell the Tuk Tuk to take us there with a reasonable price.

The Tuk Tuk was one of the best ride i ever had they were fast, sharp, and expensive (compare with the taxi over there).

And the foods there are wonderful too, except the bugs i have eaten. I only tried 3 kinds of different bugs they are the meal worms, Silkworms and the Water Beetle. Out the these three the Meal worms taste the best, the worst will be the Silkworms, follow by the water bettle which is very hard to bite down into smaller pieces.
