Chinese New Year Trip3

On the 5th day of Chinese New Year we went to KL (Kuala Lumpur), as it was what my GF wanted. i woke up at around 4am and started to check my car and do some preparation.

These shots are taken at the KL toll

After that i went to fetch my GF for breakfast, and the way we go to KL. When we reach there it's around 8~9am, but our book in time is 1pm. Therefore we went to walk around in KL, and at the same time we try to find the place to buy the bus tickets for Genting Highland. When we ask the hotel guy where can we get the bus tickets, he told us to go to Titiwangsa over there, there's a bus station and we go on to ask the people around there.

These shots are taken in the train and at station Titiwangsa

Then we saw a ticket booth which had a sign Genting so we went there and ask if we could book the ticket first, but the guy told us that we came to the wrong place as he only sell ticket on the spot. But he was kind enough to show us the way to another place where we could book our ticket, and it's somewhere near our hotel (Anyway we stay at Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur).

So we went there to buy our tickets for next day. Later on, we went to the Twin Tower for shopping.

We walk there as it wasn't very far from here, and we pass by a place where there a Dragon Dance performance. So we stop by and took the photo of the Dragon.

Finally we reach the Twin Tower, it was a very long and hot walk.
Outside the Twin Tower

Seeing her so happy that all my tiredness seem to be wear off, and become happy again.

Inside Twin Tower

Sadly, we did not went to the top of the Twin Tower. As all the ticket were all sold out, which was quite disappointing.

After all this, we went back to the hotel to book in. On the way back there, we came across a Pub which is known as Honolulu. For me i think that the whole building is very intersting so we stop and took some photos of it.

Who said that there isn't blue sky in the city, it because in the city people seldom look up in the sky. The people who live there are too busy, even to look up to the sky.

We took the train back to the hotel

And after a 15mins walk we finally arrival at our hotel and book in. The people in the hotel treat us like king and queen, they were all very helpful and the room is very clean too. Lucky for us we had a room which had a very nice view, we could see both the Twin Tower and KL Tower too. Therefore, i wasted no time by taking more photos of the view.

After some rest, we went on to shop and we pass by a shopping plaza(which i forgotten the name). They had some lion dancing performance going on too.

Follow on we had our lunch at Sushi King. To my surprise they have a Yu Shen (which is a dish that Chinese prepare for the celebration of the Chinese New Year)

Then we went to Time's Square.

Having a break at a Fruit Stall.

After this we went to Petaling Street, where all the cheap and fake good are so here.
On the way there i shoot some photos too

And we reach there with a 10 mins walk and a 10 mins train.

The Hokkien Fried Noodle was so good.
After that we went back to the hotel and saw there's some street performance.

At night, My GF said that's she is hungry so we went to the night place to have some supper.

After that we went back to the hotel and sleep.

And i never knew that Twin Tower will switch off it's lights after midnight.
i'll still post some photo for day 6 of Chinese New Year, in Chinese New Year Trip4
